Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about PDF Converter file limits, supported tools, privacy, output quality, and troubleshooting.

Do I need an account?

No. The public tools can be used without registration.

What is the maximum upload size?

Each uploaded file can be up to 20 MB. A tool may accept one file or several files, depending on the operation.

Which file types can I use?

The images-to-PDF tool accepts JPG and PNG. The remaining document tools accept PDF files. PDF-to-image can export JPG or PNG.

How long are files kept?

Generated files are intended to be deleted by an automated cleanup process after approximately 15 minutes. Avoid uploading highly sensitive material to any online converter.

Why did my conversion fail?

Common causes include a damaged or encrypted PDF, an unsupported image, a file over the size limit, insufficient server memory, or an unavailable image-processing extension.

Will the output look exactly like the original?

Not always. Fonts, forms, signatures, layers, transparency, metadata, and accessibility tags can change. Review the complete output before relying on it.

Can I rearrange individual PDF pages?

Yes. Choose Organize PDF to preview every page, drag pages into a new order, rotate or delete them, and insert pages from another PDF between existing pages.

Can I process confidential documents?

Only you can assess the risk. For regulated, privileged, or highly sensitive files, use an approved offline or contractually controlled service.

Still need help?

Send the tool name, browser, approximate file size, and exact error message through the contact page. Do not send confidential files.
