Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want PDF Converter to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies. Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible.

Measures currently included

• Semantic landmarks and a logical heading structure.
• A keyboard-visible skip link and focus indicators.
• Native buttons, links, form labels, status announcements, and error messages.
• Responsive layouts that work at 375 px and support browser zoom.
• Reduced animation when the operating system requests reduced motion.
• Text alternatives for informative images and hidden treatment for decorative graphics.

Known limitations

PDF files uploaded by users may contain inaccessible content, and generated files may not preserve an original document’s accessibility tags. Some complex PDF editing tasks do not yet provide visual page previews. Third-party analytics controls may have their own accessibility behaviour.

Feedback and alternatives

If you encounter a barrier, email support@pdfconvertor.online with the page, tool, device, browser, assistive technology, and a description of the problem. Do not attach confidential documents. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days.

Assessment

The interface is reviewed through semantic markup inspection, keyboard testing, responsive testing, and browser console checks. An independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed.
